This tea is manufactured as part of a communal project involving social therapeutic institutions in the idyllic Lake Constance region.
The unique climate, the biological-dynamic planting, the meticulous care and a very gentle drying procedure produce teas of distinctive quality. Especially in the areas of care, many people in care experience fulfilment in the harvesting and the preparation. The entire work process is conducted as far as possible by hand.
Add boiling water to the tea, allow to stand for between 5 - 10 minutes and then pour using a sieve, enjoy.
